By purchasing this service, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms of engagement with Katrina Nacci (“the Consultant”):

1. Scope of Services
This subscription provides ad hoc accounting advisory on US GAAP or IFRS questions specifically related to cross-border accounting between the US and Europe.
Support is offered in response to clearly defined accounting questions submitted via email, Loom, or the provided project dashboard.

Services include:

Technical guidance on US GAAP or IFRS treatment for new or complex transactions

Review and commentary on your team’s accounting positions

Access to a curated benchmarking database and disclosure checklists

Optional video calls (Elite plan only, 1 hour/month)

2. Turnaround Time
The “response time” noted in your plan refers to acknowledgment of your submitted request and any clarifying questions needed.
The full technical accounting response will be provided within:

Essential: 20 business days

Premium: 10 business days

Elite: 10 business days (with two concurrent requests supported)

3. What’s Not Included
This subscription does not include:

Review of legal documents, Excel workbooks, or PDFs longer than 10 pages

Drafting of formal memos or disclosure language for your auditors

Live collaboration with third parties (e.g., your external auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel)

Financial reporting work (e.g., preparation of financial statements)

Support on multiple open topics unless your plan allows

You may request a separate engagement if full documentation, calculations, or memo preparation is needed.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Submit clear, specific questions

Respond to clarifying follow-ups in a timely manner

Ensure your own internal financial data is accurate and ready for review

Use the support strictly for internal business purposes

5. Confidentiality & IP
All conversations and documents are treated confidentially.
Any accounting templates, tools, and insights shared remain the intellectual property of Katrina Nacci. You receive a limited-use license to apply them within your organization.

6. Subscription Terms
You may cancel at any time. No refunds will be given for partial months.
Access to services stops at the end of your billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

This service does not constitute audit, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on advice received. Katrina Nacci is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of this service.
